All tour merchandise is made to order. To help ensure your order arrives before your event, we recommend placing your order at least 2 weeks prior to your concert date. This allows adequate time for production, processing, and shipping. Orders placed closer to the event date may not arrive before your concert.

Because each item is custom-made specifically for your order, all sales are final unless your item arrives damaged, defective, or we made an error with your order.
